Comprehensive Two-Year Warranty

The purchase price of digital hearing aids includes a comprehensive two-year warranty which encompasses all repairs (both in-house and by manufacturer), and a one-time lost or damage claim, within 12 months from purchase date.

Extended warranties for repairs by manufacturer are available and may be obtained through the Ohio Hearing Institute.

All office visits are free for lifetime of device, which include adjustments, cleaning, minor repairs that can be performed in the office, and complimentary periodic hearing assessments.

She offered little or no explanation of her analysis of my hearing or what she felt I needed.
